As India head into the third Test against Australia at Feroze Shah Kotla ground, the visitors will surely be biting their nails in anxiety as one man is still waiting for his chance to spew venom on the world champions. That man is none other than Indian skipper Kumble who returns to his favourite haunt to continue his love affair with the Kotla. The affair dates back to the 1992 Irani Trophy, where Kumble's 13-wicket haul propelled him into national reckoning once again. Sixteen years on, after picking up 616 international Tests wickets, Kumble can proudly boast of his Kotla record which stands at 55 wickets from just six matches at an outstanding average of 15.41.
